While every job is different, we guarantee to provide you with an honest estimate and to bill you only for services rendered. The following charts outline actual costs based on hours of service and distance of travel.

The obstacle factor is a percentage of time that we use in allowing for various obstacles either visible or hidden when estimating a job. For example, if the general area of the jobsite to be excavated is known to be extremely rocky, we would assign a high obstacle factor to the estimate for planning purposes. However, if the job was estimated for 5 hours and we did not encounter the expected obstacles, you would only be charged for the actual time worked.
